- Not create accounts for the purpose of circumventing sanctions or restrictions
Locus Grid is not responsible for damages, ELO loss, or account sanctions arising from sharing your login credentials with third parties.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Locus Grid disclaims all liability for:
- Any illegal activity carried out using the Service
- Any content shared by users on private servers
- Service interruptions, data loss, or security incidents
- Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
- Actions or omissions of third-party server operators
// 6. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account or server that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. No refund or compensation will be issued in connection with termination for violations.
// 7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
// 8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
// 9. AGE REQUIREMENT
To use the Service you must be at least 16 years old. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these requirements.
// 10. PREMIUM TIERS & SUPPORT
Locus Grid's premium tiers (Trusted and Elite) cannot be bought — they are earned through your Trust Factor and are completely free. Locus Grid charges no fees and has no subscription. The platform is supported by voluntary contributions via Support us (PayPal). Contributions are entirely optional and grant no extra features beyond a visible supporter mark.
